Counsellor
Kelly Liew brings a unique combination of corporate leadership experience and professional counselling training to her work with clients. Having lived and worked across Malaysia, England, Japan, and Hong Kong, she brings a culturally informed perspective to the emotional and professional challenges individuals face in complex, high-pressure environments. Before retraining as a counsellor, Kelly spent more than two decades in senior management roles across global organisations, including leadership positions within WPP Group, Tupperware Incorporated, and Esselte Dymo.
Therapeutic Approach
Kelly strives to create a space where clients can openly explore their experiences while also developing concrete strategies for change. Drawing from a range of therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, and the Gottman Method for couples, she helps clients better understand their emotional patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. Her corporate background also allows her to support individuals navigating workplace stress, career transitions, and professional development, bridging emotional insight with practical application.

Kelly has over 20 years of senior management experience across multinational organisations, working in areas such as sales, marketing, supply chain management, business development, and corporate leadership. Alongside her counselling practice, Kelly remains actively involved in leadership and mentoring initiatives.
