A Space Designed to Help You Settle
Harmonia was created to serve the emotional wellbeing of the Hong Kong community. The centre was not only conceived as a clinic, but as a place where people could step out of pressure and into a quieter internal space. We understand that the experience of therapy begins before a session starts. Right from the moment you enter. The physical setting can influence how safe, open, and receptive a person feels. For many individuals, simply arriving carries uncertainty or hesitation. Our intention is to make that first step gentler. Mental health care rests on four foundations: awareness, acceptance, accountability, and access. Harmonia’s journey began with access making support physically reachable and emotionally approachable. The centre is located in Central Hong Kong, in an accessible and welcoming environment where seeking help can feel less daunting and more natural. Our founder, Dr. Raman Sidhu, and our team member Pat Chu worked closely with contractor Cheong, to design the space thoughtfully, piece by piece. Each detail was considered carefully so the environment itself could support the therapeutic process. The result is an airy and private space on Hollywood Road which aids psychological comfort. This allows your nervous system time to slow down before the work begins.
The Arrival Experience
When you arrive, you are welcomed into a quiet and confidential environment. There is no rush and no expectation to immediately speak. You may take a moment to sit, breathe, and settle. We aim to create a gentle transition from the outside world into a more reflective state. Often, therapy becomes easier not because of what is said first, but because the body begins to feel safe enough to be present.
The Therapy Rooms
The therapy rooms are simple and comfortable. They are designed to minimise distraction and support focus, emotional safety, and privacy. Lighting, sound, and seating are arranged to reduce overstimulation and allow deeper attention. This supports both conversation-based sessions and deeper therapeutic processes.
Why the Environment Matters
Emotional processing does not happen through conversation alone. When a person feels physically safe and undisturbed, the nervous system can shift out of alertness. Reflection, memory, and emotional awareness can then emerge more naturally. In this way, the space itself becomes part of the therapeutic work. It supports regulation before insight and helps make the process steadier and less overwhelming. Harmonia’s vision of healing from within is reflected in each part of the environment. It is quiet, private, and respectful of personal experience.
A Confidential and Considered Setting
Privacy and respect are central to the centre. Appointments are scheduled carefully to maintain discretion and minimise waiting times. Interactions are calm and unhurried, and each visit is approached with sensitivity. The centre represents a shared effort created as an open invitation to the Hong Kong community.
The Team

Dr. Raman Sidhu
Founder and CEO
Dr. Raman is, in all essence, the guiding force behind Harmonia's philosophy. His work has shaped the centre's approach to psychotherapy and care.
However, he believes that the true strength lies in the team that brings this vision to life every day. Together, they create the environment that becomes a trusted space for healing.

Pat Chu
Communications, Digital & Office Manager
Pat supports Harmonia's communications, digital platforms, and daily clinic operations, including appointment coordination and client enquiries. For many visitors, Pat is the first point of contact.
She understands that coming to a therapy space can feel unfamiliar, and she aims to create a calm and welcoming experience from the moment someone arrives.
